Sarah Brickell

Sarah Brickell joined The Pathfinder, Inc. in October of 2009. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and is currently working on her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Walden University.

Sarah Brickell has been a Case Manager and Supervising Teacher for persons with Intellectual Disabilities at Cheaha Mental Health and has been a Supervising Case Manager for S.A.F.E. Since joining The Pathfinder, Inc., she has received her Associate Addictions Professional certification.

Josh Barnett

-Counselor-

Joshua Barnett has been associated with Pathfinder, Inc. since May 7th of 2008. Originally from Florence, AL., Josh relocated to Huntsville after spending a few years in Atlanta, GA. working towards a degree in digital media production. Since then, Josh has begun working towards his degree in social work. Josh obtained his AAP certification in April of 2010, and is a person of long term recovery.

Donna Goode

Donna Goode joined The Pathfinder team in June of 2010 as a recovery coach. Donna relocated from Bessemer, AL in 2009 and is a person of long term recovery. Donna recieved her Associate Addiction Professional (AAP) certification in October 2010 and has been an addiction counselor at The Pathfinder ever since.

Lucretia Hughley

Lucretia Hughley became a staff member with The Pathfinder Inc in December of 2009 as a recovery coach. Lucretia relocated from Roanoke, AL and is a person in long term recovery. Lucretia recieved her Associate Addiction Professional (AAP) certification in October of 2010 and has been an addiction counselor ever since.

Mike Picone

Mike Picone joined The Pathfinder Inc in January of 2010 as a recovery coach. He is originally from Silver Spring Maryland and his journey through long term recovery brought him to Huntsville, AL. He recieved his Associate Addiction Professional (AAP) in October 2010 and has been an addiction counselor ever since.

Shari Pope-Williams

-Counselor-

Shari joined The Pathfinder, Inc. family in February 2010. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2008 and her certification as an Associate Addictions Professional in June 2010. She is currently in the process of seeking additional certification through the Alabama Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association as well as obtaining her Master's Degree in Addictions Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Her previous work/clinical experience in the human services field includes working as a Crisis Line Specialist, Rape Response and Domestic Violence advocates.

L. Joshua Duke

Josh joined The Pathfinder team in the summer of 2010. He recieved an Associates degree in Computer Network Engineering in 2005 and brings his expertise to the Pathfinder. He works as support staff, a technical consultant, and an advocacy liason. He is a person of long term recovery.
